Pickles, chutneys and jams
We make all our products in small batches in our home based kitchen. All pickle recipes are old family recipes from either my family or from Chriss’s family.
My mother Dafni and I are the farmers and hand-crafters of our artisanal Greek specialties. We have an olive grove in Greece where we are involved in the harvest and production of our family estate Unfiltered Extra Virgin Olive. We also handpick our Kalamata Olives, Wild Herbs, and Teas. In Maine, we combine our harvest with fresh local ingredients in small batches, creating our gourmet product line. We are truly “food artists,” from harvesting in Greece, to proudly handcrafting in Maine.
Beddington Ridge Farm produces an assortment of homemade jams and fruit butters from berries and fruits grown on Beddington Ridge. We also make unique dried flower wreaths, twig wreaths and Christmas wreaths from plant materials grown in our gardens, fields and the surrounding woods.
